Da settembre 2019 a agosto 2022, l’Università degli Studi di Firenze lavora ad un progetto europeo nell’ambito del programma Jean Monnet-Modules
Il team di ricerca dell’Università degli Studi di Firenze è stato guidato da Prof.ssa Sara Landini.
Il progetto si propone di promuovere la conoscenza dei Regolamenti Europei in materia di famiglia e successioni promuovendo il dialogo tra accademia e professionisti.
Di seguito l’abstract del progetto:
PI_IS aims at promoting the acquaintance of Eu Regulations in Family and Successions Law matters, fostering the dialogue between the academia and the world of professionals. The object of the PI_IS’s teaching modules will be cases involving the application of the Regulations 650/2012, 1103/2016 and 1104/2016 having regard to emerging patrimonial issues and new form of digital wealth.
PI_IS is targeted for students attending the last years of the degree programme, PHD candidates and professionals. The modules will be included in the family and succession course held by Professor Landini, which already includes an English-language part of lessons and a dedicated platform in English for Erasmus students focused on international family and succession law problems. PI_IS will improve innovative teaching tools such as flipped teaching tools using e-learning platform and legal clinic.
Professors of the University of Florence (UNIFI) (Eu Processual law, Family Law, Private Law) will be involved in the classes and in the seminars. The teaching has been considered in order to avoid overlaps. The results will be communicated to the Jean Monnet Center of Excellence of UNIFI.
