Training institution in civil and commercial mediation
University of Florence, Department of Legal Sciences: Training Body no. 12 enrolled in the register of the Ministry of Justice and qualified to provide training in civil and commercial mediation.
The Body has its registered office in Piazza San Marco n. 4 - 50121 Florence and carries out teaching activities at its administrative offices and logistic facilities located in Via delle Pandette n. 35 - 50127 Florence, Department of Legal Sciences D4.
The Conflict Mediation Training Centre of the University of Florence - Department of Legal Sciences offers, in compliance with the requirements of Ministerial Decree 150/2023, postgraduate training courses with a distinctly transdisciplinary character in view of the many points of contact of conflict mediation with the various sciences of knowledge.
Two classrooms of the Department of Excellence of Legal Sciences are dedicated to innovative and interactive didactics for the training of mediators and trainers in mediation in a reserved environment suitable for practical exercises and simulations.
